We realized we didn’t have enough space to store our things and had to get a second unit. Vanessa was SO KIND! I’m talking about super memorable customer service that was over the top great. “The facility is secure and clean. The individual storage units are well maintained. I work with Ed on an annual basis to lease a unit for winter storage of patio furniture and he makes the process extremely easy. Ed is easy to reach and makes the annual leasing of the unit seem less. I am able to do everything through email. I highly recommend the storage sense facility in Frankfort.”
