“We needed a place to put our things after an out of state move. Our first two visits were okay. The third visit was absolutely AMAZING thanks to Vanessa. We realized we didn’t have enough space to store our things and had to get a second unit. Vanessa was SO KIND! I’m talking about super memorable customer service that was over the top great. She helped us navigate a stressful situation with understanding, patience, and a double dose of customer care. I wasn’t even going to write an extended review…. But she was so helpful on this visit. She was far and away the best person to assist us and truly understands customer service. 10/10 experience. Y’all give Vanessa a raise!!”

“I had the best experience with Thompson Moving and storage. Jim, Cole, Michael and Mark made my move exceptionally stress-free. I was very nervous to hire movers after being in my home for 40 years. But these guys made the experience so enjoyable, never thought that would be possible. I would recommend them to everybody. At my age, the less stress, is the best. Our moving estimator Johnny, was very attentive to our needs and our estimate was spot on. Thanks again guys.”
“I was super impressed with my overall experience. Rich and the other female team member ( sorry, her name escapes me) were beyond helpful. Rich helped us move a couch. We had difficulty placing the ramp back into the U-haul. Rich came out of his comfy, cool office into sweltering 90 degree heat and showed us how to push ramp in. He actually did it for us. The facility is super clean , it has multiple cameras and I felt super safe.
Words can not express how patient, exceptional customer satisfaction experience we had. Raises to both staff members. Rich you went above and beyond and are definitely invited to the cookout!!!”

I can't say enough about the staff at 105th in Chicago without using a barrage of 'P'-words. Both Kashimia and Jacob were VERY positive, personable, professional and most of all, PATIENT. They both went above and beyond to help me properly manage three storage units (over quite some time), and both were especially helpful in transitioning and evacuating my units.
