Champs Sports has energy and helpful staff. The managers know what they're doing. The store is clean and well-organized, with a variety of shoes and many sizes available. Staff are courteous and professional, providing good service. They are patient and try to help customers find what they need, even ordering shoes they don't have in stock. Overall, Champs Sports is a great place to shop for shoes.
I was very impressed with Mona. She leads by example and made sure all her guests were taken care of or helped by someone on her team. Should be considered for upper management.

The best manager ever Muna helped me find the right shoes for my son. The staff was amazing and helped me as well . The original and best sport shop in the mall.
