“I walked right in and was greeted right away by Leo! He explained the whole body and foot dynamic in preference to what shoe, insoles, and the socks I needed! He Helped me pick the perfect shoe and I am 100% happy with my experience with everything I got today I will be back while on this new run journey!”

“Had an excellent experience. Sergio and Z were excellent. There was a third and 4th guy too, but they were dope. Everyone who was working was so welcoming and hospitable, and overall incredible. 10/5 stars.”

“Ordered new grips on Sunday and picked them up on Monday. I had my clubs with me and the guys in the back re-gripped them on the spot. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I'll definitely be back!!”
“I was SO excited when I discovered that Lids will customize a hat - even if it’s from another store. And it only takes a few minutes!
Their employees were extremely sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I was unable to find a hat in their store that fit my son’s head but they were so kind and mentioned that I could find one from another store but still use their services. This made my day! I’ll be using Lids more often now that I know this. Thank you to the employees for being so friendly.”
“I was very impressed with Mona. She leads by example and made sure all her guests were taken care of or helped by someone on her team. Should be considered for upper management.”
“My husband and I had my grandchildren over and decided to come in and purchase new sneakers for them with no clue of sizes Ariel went above and beyond to help us and I was especially impressed I hadn't purchased sneakers for children in over 30 years! I was very overwhelmed but Ariel made our experience amazing. Thank you for her!”
“Been to this location a few dozen times over the years & today was by far my best experience. “Sarah was very kind and helped us find the best shoe for my husband who has been dealing with severe sciatica along with lumbar spinal stenosis. He has been wearing the shoes for almost 2 weeks now and find them very comfortable and supportive.”
