“Rating the honestly and communication of the indoor garden department. Ordered a grill online which was only available through the Orland Park location. Unfortunately the item was discovered damaged upon assembly. The store was forthright in communicating the issue and providing photographs, especially Ms. Kris Piccirilli. While this particular purchase did not work out, I would place trust in the honestly of this store's staff in the future.”

“After having our pool removed, it was time to replace our aging wooden deck with Trex composite decking. We were looking forward to a low-maintenance deck instead of wood.
Our first stop was our local Menards. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful, but we were a little uncertain about their expertise with a project of this size. They provided recommendations, and we were prepared to move forward until we were told the materials would take 6 weeks to arrive. That was simply longer than we wanted to wait.
We then visited Schillings in Mokena, and the experience was completely different. Throughout the showroom, displays clearly indicated which products were in stock, which immediately caught our attention.
After selecting the Trex products we wanted, sales representative Tom King introduced himself and invited us to sit down at his desk. He took the time to understand our project, discussing everything from the framing and decking to the railings and solar lights. Tom prepared a detailed schematic, complete materials list, and pricing, then encouraged us to review everything with our installer before placing the order. We appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure.
We met with our installer, reviewed Tom's recommendations, and placed the order. We finalized everything on July 14, 2026, and all the material was delivered to our driveway on July 17, 2026.
From start to finish, the service was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Tom King and the team at Schillings in Mokena if you're planning a decking project”

We also ordered beautiful natural stone back splash tile. We looked for 3 months and happen to find it here. The at home delivery was great too. Beautiful items here at Fox Center. “Just wanted to compliment Virginia at the Frankfort Home Depot. We had a problem with a tractor delivery being damaged and she went above and beyond to help us. Frankfort did not have the tractor in stock so they found one at the Homer Glen store. Since they delivered it we were told to contact them. The Homer Glen store associate was rude and did not want to help us at all since it was purchased at Frankfort
She also told us that no other stores had them in stock. When we asked her name, she hung up.
Virginia at Frankfort found us one in the Orland store.
We will ALWAYS shop the Frankfort store only!!!”
“We seem to get lucky and are able to find a great deal in the clearance section at this location. We found a 12 foot long countertop that was originally $210 for $40. Although the people are no where near as knowledgeable as those at Ace, there friendly and are usually able to find someone who knows the answer.”
“Has nearly everything you need when you own a home. If not they can order it! Quick self checkout is great for small limited items.
But their return Lady is annoying, definitely needs rotated off the customer service team, she's too wound up and takes ANY conversation or words as an offense.
Had 2 interaction in a week with this woman, 1st one she accused me of returning an opened used product. When CLEARLY it was still factory sealed, just the product paper was shifted around for whatever reason. The she told me that I should not have bought this item and picked a different one. WHY? Its sealed, nothing wrong with it. Didn't need it so returned. In the end she begruntling accepted the return.
2nd time I returned 1 simple item CLEARLY unused and she had no problem with that, but a simple conversation set her off again.
I'll be returning products in the evening until she's gone off morning. OR a manager will be responding next time.
