“I went to Lowe’s in Orland Park seeking help to get a screen door installed. I had had a bad experience with a Home Depot installation I was scheduled to receive. Fortunately, I met a salesperson named Katy Sandusky, I told her my experience and she made us her special project, went out of here way and above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers, (even gave us her special project a name). She was absolutely fantastic!!! Her customer service was superb!! We hit it off immediately!! I told her how important it was for my mom to get this done since she waited so long for Home Depot to get back to her. It took one day to get someone to come out and measure and the third day to get an install. By the following week we had a new door! My mom was so pleased with her and how promptly she made everything happen she had me get on google to share our experience, I gladly obliged!! “Big shout out to garden department employee Vicky, she helped me find the right mulch and stone for my garden, she also helped me load it onto my truck, pretty strong for a tiny girl! I felt bad for her having to help an old man like me, you'd think some of the other garden employees would help but they were too busy standing around talking instead of working! Guess it hard to find good help these days, hope they keep her around, she appears to the only one working!”
