“The review is for the banquet side. We had my daughters birthday here and it was amazing. Trish was super accommodating and kind. They all did a great job Heather was super helpful and the bartender Melissa was very charismatic. We took a chance without trying the food and it was phenomenal. Highly Recommended!!”

“It's a typical hotel with a convention (?) hall attached. The front desk staff have been incredible and housekeeping is great. It's a good location if you're okay with being kinda far from Chicago proper.”
“Stayed at Essence Suites and had a really nice experience. The room was clean, private, and relaxing. Staff was friendly and check-in was smooth they were very accommodating . Perfect little getaway for couples. Would definitely stay again!”
