“Harry the night manager was very instrumental in retrieving our reservation after the reservation was canceled due to my not understanding the check in text message prior to our arrival at the hotel.
He did an excellent job explaining the process of some hotels cancellations are done if you fail to contact the hotel while traveling to the destination.

Our check in time was 3:00p but we didn’t arrive until 2:30a the next morning. He was able to handle the situation with prompt and professional assistance provided.

I had to update this review after getting my credit statement with $840.00 cancellation fee for a three day stay. I am having second thoughts about staying at any hotel that adds these types of charges to my hotel bill even if I stay at the hotel!

I can understand the charge if you don’t arrive at the hotel but not if you arrive at a later time.”

“I stayed only 1 night. The room was just as pictured. VERY CLEAN The design of the room was VERY up to date current. It was a hot day and the room had ice cold ac so much I had to turn it off. The lady working was so very nice. My dogs were very comfortable the dog station is right out front. That helped me feel safe. I was having a very bad day and La Quinta you really came thru with affordability dog friendly AND breakfast. THANK YOU LA QUINTA”

“We had a great stay here. From the very moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed. Prince at the front desk was able to let us check in early. He is very kind and charming. The hotel was very clean, quiet and we felt extremely safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast area was great and although we didn't have time, the buffet looked awesome. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. I strongly recommend.”
