Staff are cordial and attentive but the store is not in good shape compared to other Macy's location. I only visit this one because of the convince of not being a long drive.

I arrived at the location was greeted as I was headed to pick up my order i was greeted staff was kind the environment was calm tidy displays of various brands great for summer as i exit the pick up area
