“THIS MORNING I STOPPED IN TO PICK UP A PAIR OF PANTS AND A COUPLE SHIRTS. I NEEDED TO BE IN AND OUT QUICK FOR A DOCTOR APPT. I WAS GREETED BY TWO HOT FUNNY HELPFUL YOUNG MEN CHRIS AND CAYDEN WHO HELPED ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED EVEN PLACED AN ORDERED FOR A HOME DELIVERY BECAUSE I WANTED A DIFFERENT COLOR. GOT ME OUT IN TIME AND LAUGHING THE WHOLE TIME, IT WAS GREAT! THEN I DECIDED I WANTED TO LEAVE A REVIEW AND COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW SO I CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE WITH DANIEL, VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND CLOTHES!”

“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”
“I used Formally Modern for my wedding and was so happy I chose them! When I first checked out the store searching for a tux, Shannon helped me out and she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with any questions I had. After trying on a few options, I was in between on a few things but Shannon’s expertise paid off and I went with her recommendations and trusted her. The tuxedo fit so nice and had an athletic type fit which is what I wanted and also the overall feel of the tuxedo was awesome. Didn’t feel like you were even wearing a suit/tux because you could move quite freely.
Everything fit the bridal party well and there were no problems with pick up, drop off, or forgotten items.
Overall, a great experience using Formally Modern Tuxedo and I recommend them if you are looking for a fresh feel with some breathing room!”
“Amber is awesome! So helpful and went above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for blind boxes she grabbed me more from the back. The time before she helped me find sanrio minis and convinced me to buy two teeturtle blind boxes. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been a ray of sunshine. I have fallen off going into HT in any frequency but she makes me want to come back due to the quality customer service.”
“Because of delayed deliveries elsewhere, I was in a time crunch and needed some nicer clothes quickly for a wedding. I found there to be a good selection of blazers and pants here, even for a bigger guy like me. I am not really a fan of clothes shopping so much but Joe in menswear was great in helping me pick out stuff that fit and looked good together. Overall I got everything I needed at really reasonable prices compared to the other men's stores I had looked in to. I don't need to buy clothes often but this will be my first stop moving forward.”

“Went to Tilly’s just to buy a shirt. The employee Kaleb was one of the best not just employees but people I’ve ever met. He literally showed me a range of clothes and even when I did not like the fit on me, he would find another. He was so hospitable and genuinely cared about my happiness in finding something that I liked. If you see Kaleb he is the best employee there!”
“What can I say! Customer service at it's finest ? The owner Ken opened up his store on his off day to get my kids and father fitted for a wedding. We came in from Kansas and needed the tuxedos for my nefews wedding the next day and Ken came to the rescue. Great place and super service!”

“Absolutely love this store! They have a lot of cool stuff that you cannot find most places, it smells good in here (love the incense!) it's a little pricey but it's worth it if you have the extra money! Definitely my favorite store in the mall!”

“This is hands down the best location in the area when it comes to men's wearhouse, I had the unfortunate of going to the one in Joliet and had a terrible experience and thankfully I went to this location and they went above and beyond to rectify it and have given me nothing but superb customer service! I have and will continue to recommend anyone I know that needs a suit or anything like that go to this location just because it was an amazing experience and I will be going there from my next custom suit also”

“Visited Orland Park, IL location today and had a great time. The ladies that work in perfume, Pat, Carol, and the manager (that taught Chinese online) were all awesome. I loved their enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism that we bought $400 worth of perfume. I will only look for them when I return.”
“Over a week or so ago, I was in this store and witnessed the staff dealing with a horrible customer. Although I came into the line and did not hear the whole conversation, what I did hear was appalling. From what I can remember, there were issues with the customers refund, so the first associate was trying to accommodate the customer, she even went as far as calling someone else to help resolve the issue. I take it the phone call was not helpful, because the customer became very irritated and started insulting and yelling at the associate, and even the manager who later stepped in to try and help out. When the customer continued to talk over the manager, the manager then began to get irritated and told the customer there was nothing they could do, and asked her to leave. I’m guessing the other associate gave the customer a customer service number or corporate number, and even tried APOLOGIZING to the customer for the inconvenience. When I was finished being checked out, as this customer was also leaving, she vandalized the store on her way out, almost hitting my family and I with the product that she knocked off the table at the front of the store. The product nearly got knocked into the mall hallway.The staff dealt with it the best they could and definitely did not deserve to deal with this person over what appeared to be a pair of pants.”

“I visited American Eagle in Orland Park last week with my daughter. The girl at the front, whom I believe was named Ayah, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in and went out of her way to assist my daughter in finding everything she was looking for. Excellent customer service!”
