“Living at TJC was a very pleasant experience...from the very beginning, all the office staff and Tom were amazing! He updated the blinds and kitchen appliances. The yard was always immaculate! The crew was there like clock work to cut grass or clear the snow. Anything that needed fixing - like a ceiling fan or something with the garage -sometimes Tom would run over himself. He is a very friendly owner who cares immensely about his apartments, his village and his tenants (and their pets)! We will miss being there, but an opportunity to be closer to family came up! Thank you for a wonderful year with y'all!”

The building is amazing, the maintenance is addressed immediately, location, location is a dream I can walk to amazing shows, restaurants, venues and so on. I hope to be here for many years to come. “3 floor walk up wasnt ideal but otherwise a great place. Jessica in the office was always very pleasant and got to know/cared about all her tenants. Always parking available, updated kitchen and bathroom, pet friendly, and walking distance to many stores. Also installed a dishwasher for us for free.”
