He had said he worked for t-mobile for 17 years and I am honestly blown away with this employee as a business owner myself. I might be the first person to ever say every hour I waited there was enjoyable solely thanks to him. He is the gold standard and management should be proud to have him there.”
“Had a major hiccup getting my number transferred from one plan to my very own plan after Verizon messed some stuff up on their end. Had to leave work early, came in and was helped by Kevin. He was exceptionally helpful and very nice as we tried to figure out how to fix the problem. Took just under 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service to get everything fixed. As we waited he did a great job installing a screen protector on my new phone! I now know who to go to when I'm having issues with anything!”
