“Had to go and complete a Change of Address in the office, parking was easy to find. Only one person was ahead of me but once a line started to form they were very quick to open another kiosk. Very polite and everything took less than a minute to complete, quick and painless!”

6S404 Old Eola Rd, Eola IL 60519
“I hesitate to comment about this little post office, tucked away in sleepy Eola, because the word just might get out that there isn’t a more friendly, competent, and thoroughly wonderful experience to be had throughout the entire United Postal system than right here! Thanks to Adrianna, my packages are always delivered with care and in an expedited fashion. If only all of USPS functioned this way, what a wonderful world it would be. Keep up the great work!”

“Great post office branch! Employees friendly and helpful. One of the best branches in the area! There are a few branches that are absolutely terrible, but I’ve been going to the Sugar Grove location for several years and I’ve always had good experiences. Recommend!”

14929 South Van Dyke Road, Plainfield IL 60544
“I had a prepaid label for a thicker envelope but the contents got bigger and could not fit in that. Went to the office to get help. Was expecting I had to pay for another label for the box but the lady was so helpful and accommodating that she understood my problem, helped me pack my content with proper support on either side(given the criticality of the content) and then put everything inside the thicker box with the same prepaid label. Really appreciate her support and help. She was very warm and welcoming.”
