Me and the wife had awesome help from Joseph at this location. Find out our iPhones were slow due to me being cheap and holding on to an old phone plan. Joseph took good care of us and it barely raised my monthly bill.

I went in to ask a simple question. I told the guy at that approached me the question and he told me I had to check in. I waited 30 minutes for a 15 second conversation. The rep that finally helped me even turned to the guy working the door and told him he should've handled that. Missing basic customer service here.
