“We had a great experience here. Laura is very friendly n her husband is kind as well. They did a wonderful job on my car. It looked brand new and smelled wonderful inside as well. I highly recommend them.”
“I can’t say enough about how great they were with me. They did a fabulous job on my car after being splattered with paint. Got me in without an appointment and took the best care of me and my car. They were so kind and understanding.”
“Absolutely the best. My husband’s truck went in following a nasty little spill, had over 8 grand worth of damage after our mechanic got into a fender bender while taking it on a test drive. Gary and his team did an amazing job, fixed it up beautifully, explained every bit along the way. When the truck was ready, he pointed out that a rear light needed to be fixed, no pressure, just letting me know it should be done before condensation got into the sensor and made it more expensive. I googled it, he was right, so I told him to go ahead, knowing it would be pricey fix. He put in the time to get me a great deal on the part, fixed the whole kit and caboodle in record time, and THEN buffed out a sizable scratch for no other reason than he had the time and he could. I have two kids and a tight schedule and Gary was very accommodating to my schedule. Honestly, trustworthy, and all around good people. I will be using them again and recommending them to everyone.”
“My recent visit to this establishment was marked by the owner's exceptional professionalism and dedication. This business is clearly the product of a true entrepreneur, demonstrating an unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction; it would be difficult to find a comparable level of service elsewhere.”

“Once again Carstar in Ottawa did a fantastic job repairing our vehicle after an unfortunate experience with a deer! They handled everything from beginning to end! Communication was provided throughout the whole process! Would definitely recommend!”
