She was rescued from a ditch in Texas after being shot, she subsequently had to have a rear leg amputated due to her injuries. She’s a total sweetheart, but she is nervous and that, at times, and in certain circumstances, makes her seem aggressive..PK9 has worked with us with compassion and just enough discipline to make her shine. I feel like PK9 is not just a service but a partner in training my dog. I trust them totally, they never miss. We have had private sessions with Ari, group classes with Carly, and Bob, the owner, has shown up to help in group classes and private sessions. I can not recommend this business enough. We had an in home session and my dog acted just like she acts when I leave when the trainer, Ari, left.
Bottom line, great balanced trainer with incredible results and dogs that LOVE their trainers. 11/10. No notes. Even the business side of things is smooth with online scheduling, email reminder, good communication .

351 W Stevenson Rd, OttawaImmediately greeted at the door and seated. Drink order was taken swiftly and drinks brought out without delay. We took a minute to choose our food and the waiter seemed to disappear. Seems like as soon as we said out loud "hey where is that waiter?" He popped up to take our order. Guacamole salad was good but needed a little salt. We got nachos for the table, a kids meal was ordered and a chimichanga with ground beef was the entree. That food was out in under 8 minutes! The food was good and while I found it a little pricey for lunch it's not terrible. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd recommend it.
