We have taken our dogs here for a few years. However, it wasn't until we lost our majority of our pack that we were down to one dog until we realized the value of these amazing people. Ina and Logan helped our Jace when he was so very distraught over losing his Chelsea and Juke. I talked
to Ina about Doggie Daycare. Jace has never been an only dog. So we got him signed up. I was nervous. He had a history of aggression with Juke, although they really did love one another. Still, Ina and Logan set my mind at ease. He will be just fine. That he was!! His sad attitude changed so fast. We quickly decided he needed a sister. We decided on a smaller dog. Once again, Logan to the rescue. I asked her to put Jace in with the smaller dogs for the day to see how he would do. He did awesome! She stood by his side, took pics, showed them to me to do I could see there was no aggression. We adopted our sweet Grace Anne 2 weeks later on. They just stayed for their first Spa Date last weekend... you guessed it... Logan and Ina again, they helped Grace ( a mill momma) realize that her parents weren't up and abandoning her. They both gave her the extra love and reassurance she needed. This place is just phenomenal. Book your babies, Spa getaway now! You won't regret it!

Sugar Grove Animal Hospital saved our cats life - We had taken him to another vet in the area because he wasnt feeling well and we were told that we should euthanize him because he was 'critically ill and would not make it through the weekend'. We were stunned as he was fine the day before and how could that be?? The next day we took him to get a second opinion here and they were gracious enough to get us in on a busy Saturday morning. They were SO kind and took their time looking our cat over and the vet actually worked with me to come up with a treatment plan. She did not make up promises of some amazing recovery, but she was willing to talk us through what actual options looked like. Our cat is still alive and thriving to this day because of Sugar Grove Animal Hospital and we are forever grateful!

It was so refreshing dealing with this company. The owner actually answers the phone. It is wonderful. She is very customer service friendly and will do what she can to help you. She makes signup for classes very easy and smooth. There is nothing like talking directly to a person. It makes such a big difference. She will also always get back to you in a timely manner. This is exactly how businesses should run. Because of this exemplary customer service you always want to come back and continue with classes. For the first time, I had Tammy as a teacher. She was also very nice and accommodating. Not like others agility facilities where the teacher is looking at his phone the whole time not paying attention to the dog or handler. The facility is large, new and clean. There is artificial grass on the floor which makes it so much nicer. I would recommend them. The teacher does give instructions and corrections.

The food here is always amazing. I love the Incredible Hulk Omelet. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. We always feel welcome and enjoy our meals.

This is a great place to have breakfast after church. We have visited here many times, and we have never been disappointed.
