I had a very disappointing experience at this Citi Bank location. There where 5 employees present, but no one offered to help me.When I asked the manager for assistance,I was told it wasn't his job.I expected better service and accountability from both the staff and management. Very unprofessional.

Palatine has a large Polish community, but there are NO Polish-speaking bankers or tellers in this branch.

It's frustrating to use this branch. Although the employees are nice, friendly people, they are stuck using outdated/ dysfunctional software. After all why else would it take 30 minutes to do a withdrawal that should only take 3-4 minutes?
