$29 late fee on a credit card. That is THEFT. Automated voice automatically refuses to refund. Agent wont refund. It just isnt worth banking at Citi anymore. Go with a different bank.
I drove here for help in setting up my online banking. They sent me a banking card but envelope with pin never came. Sadly it turns out I need an advanced appointment! Their only banker is not seeing customers unless you scheduled an appointment. CITIBANK, I think they are going down the drain soon.
