I know much more about mattresses now than I did before but I don't know when that knowledge will come in handy. Eric, on the other hand was courteous, polite, and patient and respectfully endured all of my inane questions and provided intelligent responses. If you need/want a new mattress, go see this guy. You won't be disappointed.”

“Mary Dooley at the Schaumburg , Illinois store was wonderful. We walked in not knowing much about sleep number beds after trying other mattress brands in our search for a new mattress.
She taught us about the technology behind sleep number beds. She showed us the difference in our spinal alignments before and after adjusting the bed. We felt it in our bodies almost immediately.
She answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we felt and wanted.

“We headed to RH Outlet on a Saturday in search of a king sized bed frame. We were greeted and helped by Howard, who was wonderful - polite and helpful. We found a bed we liked for a great price and we used one of the 3rd party delivery recos they provided. The transporit movers were excellent and everything went extremely smoothly! The gallery and selection are huge and this is definitely worth checking out. Just remember you'll have to pay a bit extra for delivery if you don't have a large vehicle. Totally worth it in my opinion!”
