“I ordered a couch back in November and was slated for a beginning of February delivery. The couch unfortunately delayed until end of February. But once I received my couch, I remembered why I purchased it in the first place. I am in love with it!
Also, the delivery guys, Christian and Santos, were absolutely incredible. My staircase was a tight fit, but they were very patient with me in allowing me to remove banisters while also helping me remove my door so that they could angle the couch and get it to the second floor. I ordered a love seat and a chaise, both which had their own challenges in getting them upstairs. I truly want them to be recognized for their hard work and patience - because of them, I would without a doubt return as a future customer again. Thank you Christian and Santos!”
