“My experience at CVS was positive. The vaccination process was well and hygienic , and the fact that it was located inside a Target store made it convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I had made an appointment for my COVID vaccination, and they were punctual and efficient in administering it. The integration of the CVS vaccination center within the Target store added to the convenience of my visit, as I could do some shopping while I was there. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would recommend this CVS location for anyone looking to get their COVID vaccination with the assurance of good organization and friendly staff.”

“I love the location of this Speedway! I love getting gas here. When I prepay for gas with cash inside the store, I find it odd that the cashier has to ask me if I want regular gas. I like premium gas. I would rather I pick the type of gas at the pump.”

“Its your usual cvs nothing special nothing out of the box. I think cvs needs tk work a little more with their employees satisfaction. I think their employees are just over worked or exhausted. Every cvs I go to the employees are helpful but I just dont see them happy or smiling. Hopefully they will start something for employee satisfaction as well”
“Got my COVID shot here in October 2023. I always get my flu shots at my doctor's office and got all my prior COVID shots and boosters at Cook County Public Health, but they aren't doing COVID shots anymore, so I had to make an appointment at a Walgreens. I get a lot of prescriptions filled, and over the years I've seen lots of crabby people waiting forever for shots, which is why I always got my shots elsewhere. So I was expecting a horrible experience. But that's not what I got at all. Making the appointment was super easy with the app , which I use frequently, since again, a lot of prescriptions.... And because of a lot going on in my personal life, I had to reschedule the appointment twice, which was also easy to do in the app. However due to tragic distractions, I showed up for my appointment three days late. When I realized my mistake, I was able to make another appointment for later that afternoon, and was literally in and out of there within 5 minutes. And they were so kind about my missed appointment. I really appreciate the kindness, compassion, and professionalism, and will come back here for all my yearly immunizations from now on.”

“During my visit to CVS for knee caps, I found the selection somewhat limited. Fortunately, a helpful staff member, whose name I unfortunately don’t know, provided assistance by explaining and guiding us through the available options. The store’s cleanliness was noteworthy, contributing to a positive shopping experience. The staff, in general, displayed a good level of customer service.However, it was observed that on the right side of the entrance, some articles were not properly arranged, creating an untidy appearance. This minor discrepancy in presentation was a noticeable aspect that could be improved for a more aesthetically pleasing first impression. Despite this, the overall experience at CVS was satisfactory, with attentive staff and a clean environment.”

“I've never written a review for a gas station, but this one deserves it. Yesterday, I went there for a car wash. The young guy, with semi-long hair who worked there, did a pretty decent job to wash my windows before I even pulled inside. I gave his a $5 as a tip (or so I thought). When I was leaving the lane and pulled outside, that boy stood there and gave me my $20 back, saying "It's too much". What a great and honest young man. His parents have done such a good job raising a hardworking, honest boy. Kudos!”
