“I ***AAAALMOOOOST*** don't want to even review this pharmacy positively, and thought about leaving several different accounts' worth of scathing reviews, touching on every important issue to a pharmacy customer — JUST to drive other customers away from this one in the very selfish and personal interest of increasing odds that they will ALWAYS have the medications I need in stock and that I'd always be first in line to get them, etc. But it just wouldn't be fair to deprive the rest of the region, and anyone who wants or needs an incredible pharmacy team to take care of them and their family's pharm needs.Get this, too, okay — I hate Big Pharma, first of all. I've got theories about Big Brother having their nosy little hands in and on everything we consume and if there's a way to slip anything "extra" and covertly experimental into a medication and let it loose amongst the general population, I refuse to believe we don't unknowingly fall victim to this kind of thing. Point being, I'm not a fan of pharmacies, etc. But, these folks have SEEMED to be the most "in the know" about stuff that any pharmacist could be, and I feel like they give acceptably honest answers for the issues and concerns I raise. Being super nice, reliable, and good communicators doesn't hurt though, either. So that's nice. ?”
“Care Central pharmacy is the best if you're looking for a professional staff. My prescriptions have always been on time and I've never had a problem with any of them. I switched pharmacies from the one that I was at to Care Central pharmacy because of the care I get from them! If you're thinking of changing pharmacists and your pharmacy this is the best choice. “I rarely go to this location but I walked in last Thursday at lunch to see if the had Covid boosters available. They did! It was pretty busy, so I truly feel for the pharmacy staff. They were so friendly and patient despite how busy they were. They managed to squeeze me in and the woman who was doing all the shots was SO NICE. I don't know how she was still that friendly, reassuring and professional. I would have been so frazzled. Also I barely felt anything, she was clearly great at her job.This is an unconventional review for me, I mostly focus on food. But I was very grateful for this positive experience in these trying times.Also I got a 20% off coupon! #winning! You have to stay in the store for 10 min after but they say you can shop if you want, I just browsed the books and found a sweet ride nearby. But I'll be back to Jewel for some groceries for sure!”

“While picking up a prescription at CVS, the young lady who waited on me Informed me that I was due for my tetanus booster. My husband and I both received tetanus and Covid boosters on the spot as a result of her vigilance. I am very grateful that CVS is keeping track of my immunizations so carefully.”
“I contacted the pharmacy last night (towards end of shift) as I had questions about a new prescription and also wondered whether I could use a drug assistance coupon (which I found online) to reduce costs. I was so fortunate to speak with Anna who went above and beyond to answer my questions, register my prescription and assured me that my coupon would be honored. Truth be told, this pharmacy is not my home pharmacy (as I live several miles away) but it is the pharmacy that appeared when I did an online search for the reduced cost coupon; Anna was professional, gracious and happy to help regardless - what a delightful experience it was all around. Many thanks as I was able to fill my prescription today, closer to home, without issue!”

“This was my "home" Walgreens before I moved. I went here for my prescriptions, annual flu vaccine, and other health care needs. I recently had to go this pharmacy when my new pharmacy couldn't fill a prescription. This Walgreens was able to fill the prescription and get it to me quickly. I find their app to be extremely helpful. I can schedule vaccine appointments and order prescription refills easily from the app. I enjoy that they have apparel and other items from the local high schools. A portion of those sales are given back to the schools. I have also had a positive experience at the photo department. My parents still order their Christmas cards here. The rest of the store is ridiculously overpriced and I avoid it when I can. I recommend this Walgreens for all of your health care needs.”

“I have to agree with a lot of the reviews from a few years ago, but in the recent four or five months, it has gotten way better. Louis is by far the best pharmacist that they’ve had there. I do have to agree with the whole filling thing you can’t get it filled in minutes or even hours anymore. It’s usually most of the day unless it’s a super common prescription. My husband‘s had some prescriptions there for two years now and every single month one of them He has to wait sometimes for even though they know it’s gonna be filled there every single Month. If you set your prescriptions on auto refill, it does solve a lot of that problem, but I have to say every Pharmacy out there has its issues and there’s nothing like they used to be.”
“An employee named Leo recommended me a hyaluronic acid serum that has completely healed a weird dry patch of skin that I've been battling for a few months! Leo was also super helpful when I was trying to choose a style of fake eyelashes & I'm super grateful about it!”

“To preface this, I do not have private insurance for myself, or my pet. That being said, it's probably well known that specialty pharmacies are expensive, I however was shocked at how expensive my first prescription was (compound hormone). Ended up settling for a subpar combo I had filled at a chain pharmacy for financial reasons. I didn't go back to Keefer's until recently.. our vet sent a prescription there for our geriatric cat. A month supply $75 is tough on a limited income, however, despite the price aspect, you're getting quality medicine. The store is really inviting. So you absolutely pay for what you get. Thing is, we all need to utilize compound pharmacies to ever drive the price to something fair... Such is organic and whole foods.
Bottom line, totally worth the price, great store, great emplyees, limited parking as it is in a strip mall on an incredibly busy street.”
