“Had a great experience working with the Lake Zurich Floral Manager, Emmy! I had a bridal shower for my daughter and had a flower bar. Emmy was very helpful, accommodating, and So sweet! She provided me with such beautiful fresh flowers and greenery! Plus it was last minute-I had a huge hiccup in my prearranged floral delivery and it was Mother’s Day weekend.
The flower bar was a hit and our guests left very excited with their pretty garden bouquets! I would highly recommend Emmy and Costco to anyone looking for bulk flowers. ????”

All in all, even when the pandemic hit and until now, your customer service is IMPECCABLE and no one can't touch your customer service.
