“I'm disabled with a service dog..they welcomed us no problem..only suggestion i have is to upload your menus..I frequently pay others to go shop for me and there's no food menu for me to pick from. No phone number to call in an order for pickup even better for my people they just can pick it up n being it. Easy easy.

“I go here almost every week because of my big family, though I can definitely tell you they will always and I mean ALWAYS have an amazing sale, not like the other stores where they have a sale on something no one wants, and something about this location specifically, if a line gets really really long, no one even has to ask, someone WILL come and OPEN ANOTHER LINE, and if you dont find what you need there, they WILL have it tomorrow, everyone is very professional there and sometimes they might even joke with you and have a nice conversation, if you want to get what you need and maybe have a good laugh, come here!”

“Reasonable prices, great product! I have raised my family on Aldi and have shopped Aldi for over 45 years! I would recommend it. Aldi has organic choices with no antibiotic meats. The produce is good. The bargan aisles have very cool finds. Stay out if those aisles if you are on a budget.”
“I really love this store albeit a bit pricey. I have not tried everything here yet but their pickles are great as well as their sweets ( cookies, chocolate turtles, pumpkin bread, pies, chocolate covered potato chips, etc.) I also bought their fresh turkeys two years in a row and I will tell you they are the best turkeys I ever made. It's nice having a store like this out here- saves me the gas money driving to Indiana. I see a lot of comments about the use of hydrogenated oils on here and I know they are not great for you but keep in mind- moderation is key.”

“I used to go to the one off Cicero because I'm literally around the corner, but I've found myself preferring making the minor detour as the staff is just more approachable at times I guess? They also seem to carry more rare finds, or keep the things I purchase frequently in stock. It's also much easier to get out of as there are multiple exits and traffic lights to keep traffic flowing all directions.”

“Thank you Palos Heights Jewel for not only employing individuals with neurodiversity but also understanding and accommodating their needs. I was just shopping there and my bagger looked a bit anxious and needed to step away. The cashier took it all in stride and assisted in bagging. Another Jewel employee also stepped in quickly and bagged my groceries. There was absolutely no negativity displayed toward the bagger for needing to step away. The original bagger returned in a few minutes and appeared much less anxious. I cannot thank you enough for showing professionalism, integrity, and compassion. What a great example and standard you are setting!!”
