“I was recently in the Chicagoland area and decided to try Jawahir Jewlery to get a custom made necklace. i had contacted a few jewelers in the same area prior to my visit and none of them were helpful in my request and quite rude (I.e. leaving me on read). However, the moment we stepped into Jawahir, we were welcomed by the most friendliest staff. They fulfilled my request and worked with me through the whole process. Communication was great after the purchase as I’m out of state. The price was a bit higher than the other places quoted me, but to be honest I don’t mind as their customer service and experience was worth it.”
