This is the cutest shop ever and smells incredible since they bake everything in store. Picked up tons of yummy goodies for my two dogs! In addition to treats, there are lots of great pet food options that range from raw to kibble. Also has a dog wash which was spacious and clean. The owner was so kind and I even got to meet his two sweet dogs. I can't wait to come back!

They are so hands on with the birds they set us up pretty good with a cage, toys and food. All the birds were beautiful the cages were clean they all seemed very happy there while waiting for home!!

15139 LaGrange Rd, Orland ParkFirst time here, and it was fantastic. While waiting for my dining partner to arrive, the place was mobbed in minutes (6 pm on a Friday), but the 2 counter staff and the kitchen staff never stopped moving. We got our meals fairly quickly, considering the rush. The best thing? The food was great! Perfect seasoning on the fries, the tenders are HUGE (like 2 and a half combined into one monster piece).
I got the Tender / Mini / Fries combo, and my wife got the Mac combo.
The spices are perfectly balanced - I had mild and medium on my chicken, my partner had mild on hers. She has a much more timid palate, and she was good. If you get mild on the Mac combo, make sure the sauce on the Mac matches the chicken sauce - otherwise, that's *a spicy*.
I can not compliment the counter staff enough - they were moving so fast. I told the one she should try out for the Chicago Bears; she did a supply run in 10 seconds flat! Even the customer next to me agreed! =)
Can't wait to go back. Recommended!

You can immediately tell when someone genuinely cares about what they do, and Adam is the definition of that. From the way he took my order with attention and pride, to the care he put into preparing everything, it was clear this wasn’t “just a job” to him.
Even something as simple as the shakes stood out perfectly made, crisp, and done with intention. That kind of consistency and effort doesn’t come from training alone; it comes from passion. Adam put thought and heart into every part of the experience, and it showed.
Sure, there may be people out there with more experience or technical skill, but I can confidently say there are very few who bring the same level of passion, energy, and sincerity that Adam does. That passion is something you can’t teach — and it’s what separates good service from truly memorable service.
He was nothing short of miraculous, and he deserves real recognition for the way he represents this place. Employees like Adam are future stars in the service industry, and Burger 21 is lucky to have him. This was a 5/5 experience across the board, and a big reason for that was him. I’ll absolutely be back — and I hope he knows his hard work does not go unnoticed.
