“I've been going to Scott and Lee for years they have all my lay outs how I like my bowling balls drilled saved in their system. They definitely have all the bowling knowledge that you need to know about any bowling ball that would best fit your game. I have rolled two 300 games in the past 2 years with the bowling balls that they have drilled. They're simply the best in my opinion that I trust with all my bowling balls.”

The associate was so helpful (unfortunately I've since forgotten his name) and I got to wear my new kicks out of the store so that they could recycle my old sneakers. “Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”

The only knock I have to say I'll say first is it is a little pricey but that is not the employees fault. Okay I went today with my 3 boys and was pleasantly greeted by the worker. (Sorry I didn't get his name). He was polite personably and helpful. He was not overbearing or fake. He was patient even as two of my boys couldn't make up their mind. Professional and personable. Which is very hard to come by it seems lately. This dude needs a raise or promotion or something he is busting his but and providing great customer service. He even got my very shy kids to respond back to him. A+ for the lids employee in Orland Park on March 28th 2019. I hope his bosses see this as well.”
