“Had my vehicle towed to Highline on 1/9/26 the day after my wife got water in the engine due to driving through my block when it was flooded with heavy rain water the night prior which then the car stalled and it wouldn’t turn on so it had to be picked up by a tow truck. Saturday 1/10/26 received a call from the shop notifying me of the steps they would need to take to address the issue which involved an oil drain and refill on the oil,transmission fluid and front and rear differential fluid change as well as removing the water inside the engine and replacing the engine filter. Fast forward to today 1/12/26 I was notified my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I am beyond satisfied with the amazing customer service and the great work that was done to fix me vehicle. My car runs even better than it did before! These guys did an amazing job and I will 1000% be coming here for future repairs as well as recommending this place to others. Thank you!”

“My wife set up en early future appointment for our flat tire. Discount Tire Valled a day ahead and informed us of a at-home service they offer. It's an extra fee ($50 for us) and we desperately needed to get the tire fixed. We're set to go on a road trip tomorrow. The service over the phone was a bit time consuming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Professionalism didn't stop at the phone. Once the service tech made it to hoir location, he too was very polite and quick. I highly recommend this service. We were able to pay ahead online and we're able to charge the same card for the additional fee. Very grateful for them.”

My sister-in-law came down to Chicago for a post-Christmas visit and her car started have serious problems at the end of the 4-hour drive. Joe's was recommend to us, but with only two days before NYE they were completely booked. Despite this, they squeezed her in, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly so she could go home before the holiday. The price was fair and honest, and much less than we had expected. We'll be taking our car to Joe's for all future repairs!”
“Employees are very helpful and kind, however the young mechanics in back working on your vehicle are needing more experience. I have had to bring back my vehicle twice for two tire rotations on separate times 6 months apart from each other because tires were not balanced correctly”

“I've been to this location several times and have ALWAYS received excellent customer service. I usually make an appointment so I have never experienced long wait times. However, I went in for a flat tire repair without an appointment. I was told I could wait or leave the tire. I was told it would be about an hour so I chose to wait. I watched the tech not only fix and mount the repaired tire, he also checked the pressure in all 4 tires along with checking the tire lugs. This is my go to tire store and will continue to be.”
