“Didn't buy anything. I went in to send a package FedEx. I called and asked if they could send it. The lady was very nice explained everything. The next day I went in sent it out no problem. Very friendly!”
“Not a happy camper with the pharmacy today. I was trying to refill a prescription and there was a snafu with the insurance. Okay, I get that. It happens. What I am NOT happy about is the discourtesy directed to me by the pharmacy staff guy on the phone. First, he spoke so fast that I could barely keep up. The real issue was when I tried to ask a follow up question about the prescription/ insurance issue. He cut me off mid sentence and said, “That is what the insurance said,” and HUNG UP ON ME. Not acceptable. I do not expect to be treated discourteously by a staff member. I do expect to be able to ask a simple follow up question so I could attend to the insurance snafu. That that guy was not interested in helping me was beyond the pale. I expect professionalism from your staff members, and have always been accorded that. This incident stands out profoundly. I am not sure how you train your workers about dealing with people, but that guy needs to do better. Hanging up on a person is rude. Period.”
