They don't have a self-help kiosk or a big bin for packages, but they quickly scan in prepaid packages that you place on the counter. More importantly, they have some of the best customer service in Lansing. Bob is always helpful and Roscoe is a day-brightener!”

“I went to this post office and was greeted at the door by a man in a Batman costume. He was nice and gave me a half eaten sandwich. Delicious mustardy. I even found free gum on the underside of the counter! How Nice! I even found 13 cents and a Tootsie Role on the floor! Amazing!!!”
“I have a practice that when I receive exceptional service, I immediately speak to a person in management to compliment the employee. Today my wife and I had to renew our passports and we needed assistance. Denishia was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the passport process. Rescheduled for the next day at Hazel Crest.These 2 ladies, Andrea was one, I didn’t catch the other, but both were very pleasant, very kind, helpful, and just all around made the whole experience amazing and efficient. I was in, had a pic taken, paid and out in 15 minutes or less.Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time! Thank you !!”

The deliveries are on time, and we often get a call to make sure a delivery that is time sensitive was made from the local Postmaster. If I could rate them higher than Google's five stars, I would.”
“I’ve been to this post office a few times and always have good service, however today I receive EXCELLENT service. Markeisha went above and beyond to help me get my wedding invitations out. She went one by one to add additional postage that I was missing due to the contents of the envelope. She took her time and was so nice”

It's going to be 95 degrees and sunny today and 20 employees out of 39 called off. Thank you to those who show up and do their best!”
