“Midtown Square is an excellent place to live. The building is very well run top to bottom! The entire staff is helpful, friendly and really good at their jobs. The condo was in excellent shape when I moved in and anything I needed was taken care of in a very timely manner. I loved the in-town location which will only get more fun with all the new restaurants in town.”

The building is beautiful, modern, and always well maintained, but what really makes it stand out is the amazing team here. Isabel is so kind and professional — she truly cares about the residents and always makes sure things are running smoothly.
Althia is always warm and welcoming, and she’s quick to help with anything you need. She makes every interaction easy and pleasant, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does.
Juan and his team are incredible — they’re super responsive, always fix things right away, and keep the building in excellent condition.
After nearly two years, I can honestly say Eleven33 feels like home. The people here really go above and beyond, and it shows every single day.”

Juan, the maintenance supervisor, does an excellent job managing everything and making sure things get done right. His team, Luis and Paul, are just as great — very kind, professional, and friendly. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the entire maintenance team and the great service they provide.”

“This is an updated review. Our family has lived here since 2023. It’s a great location near restaurants, boutiques, Trader Joe’s and an awesome movie theater. The building has a lot of nice amenities, and the community spaces are really great. This past summer we hosted an important family event in the party room (which has a lovely rooftop deck). It was absolutely perfect. We will always treasure the memories created that day in that space.
Aside from all the physical things the building has going for it, the staff is amazing. Ghadeer did all of the holiday decorations this year, and it’s truly spectacular. She is likely the first person you meet when you tour the building. She has an impressive ability to remember names and is creative and insightful. Alan and Johnny do the majority of repairs and they are always very prompt and friendly. You’ll often encounter them on their rounds and you’re always greeted with a genuinely-friendly conversation in the elevator. Leslie is the GM and you can tell she takes pride in making sure that living here is a pleasure for all residents. She hosts monthly events so residents can mingle. It creates a neighborly environment and builds community. She does the difficult and thankless things that keep things running smoothly. She deserves thanks for that.
If you’re looking for a great place to live, definitely check it out. Location, amenities, staff—all boxes are checked!”

“I never leave reviews, but I have to give a big thanks to Miron and Silver Property Group for allowing my 2 year stay in their apartment as a resident be both welcoming and a wonderful experience. Management was quick to respond and always helpful. Maintenance was always happy and eager to help resolve any situations should they arrive. I will definitely reconsider Silver Property Group in the future if I ever decide to move back towards the City. I am truly thankful and wish them all the best!”
“This is an amazing property. It’s seated on a very prime land in the north shore. I’ve been living here for a year and now in the process of renewing our lease. The rooms are clean, maintenance is quick and does excellent work. Clean and safe parking space and a car wash (with warm water) accessible to all residents. Friendly staff.. friendly residents, easy 2 minutes access to the main highway that’s a straight shot into Chicago downtown… Mariano’s grocery store is literally down a few doors away (4 minutes walking distance), never experienced any security issues, clean swimming pools to enjoy the summer, the list goes on and on… and then there is Meg, she is magnificent and always jumping with solutions.. I love this place”

“Well I lived here going on nine years, love the neighborhood, people here are very friendly, plenty of stores near by and restaurants, and easy access to. public transportation into city and suburbs, via Blue Line and Green line, also ththe place and i still had the issuee Harlem and the Lawrence buses. Management is good love the job done by Danny he fixed my heating issues I have had for several years. Now my issue is I encountered some flys in the apartment. I have faith that Danny will resolve it.”

“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”
