“I met Michael from the leasing office back in October 2025. At that time, I was going through a divorce, was preparing for a herniated disc surgery, and was putting my house up for sale. Michael knew I was coming to the Dunton Tower, but he also knew it was going to take a bit of time. He kept in touch with me via e-mail, as king about my neck, my house, asked how I was doing overall, but at the same time, he was not overly pushy, he just gently cared about everything I was going through. I moved in 2 days ago, and Michael and Nicole have been great. They have answered all of my questions (I had a lot, HAHA), and remained extremely patient with a man who has never lived in an apartment or condo (me)! This building is great, the location is great, and Michael and the entire office are just so kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Dunton Towers, and I’m happy to be here and setting in nicely,”

We just signed our third lease at Oak Park Place Apartments, and that alone says everything. When you keep coming back, it's not by accident.
The location is unbeatable - walking distance to the heart of Oak Park, surrounded by everything that makes this neighborhood one of the best in the Chicago area. But honestly, the place itself is only part of the story. What truly sets Oak Park Place apart is the people who run it.
The staff here genuinely cares - not just about the apartments, but about the residents, their families, and their pets. That's rare, and it doesn't go unnoticed.
This most recent lease came with a unit transfer to a space that better fits our current needs, and the team made the whole process seamless. A special shoutout to Suzanne, who guided us through every step of the lease with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. To Salvatore and Tefta - your consistency in maintenance and keeping the property in excellent condition is something we genuinely appreciate every single day. And to Anna and Santiago - thank you for the ongoing effort and care you put into making Oak Park Place such a wonderful community to be part of.

The building is beautiful, modern, and always well maintained, but what really makes it stand out is the amazing team here. Isabel is so kind and professional — she truly cares about the residents and always makes sure things are running smoothly.
Althia is always warm and welcoming, and she’s quick to help with anything you need. She makes every interaction easy and pleasant, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does.
Juan and his team are incredible — they’re super responsive, always fix things right away, and keep the building in excellent condition.

I first worked with Dino a few years ago when he helped me find my current apartment, and from the very beginning he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. Now, as I’m preparing to move this year, I’ve had the opportunity to work with him again, and he has been just as incredible as I remembered.

Juan, the maintenance supervisor, does an excellent job managing everything and making sure things get done right. His team, Luis and Paul, are just as great — very kind, professional, and friendly. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in their work. I truly appreciate the entire maintenance team and the great service they provide.”
“We moved into our apartment in November 2025 and living here has been wonderful. The building is extremely well managed and maintained. Everything in the common areas is pristinely clean. The on site office is available for questions and quickly follows up with requests.
We absolutely love being able to “take the elevator to the grocery store.” Having Caputo’s right here is such a lovely convenience. While we do not have a dog currently, we love seeing the wide array of dogs who live here as we come and go through the building.
We are looking forward to taking advantage of the awesome pool very soon! Cannot recommend Top of the Mount enough.”

What stands out the most though is the people that work here. “I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”

“I originally toured with Joy at Park 205 and she was so helpful and friendly. I rented afterward because I really like the complex, it’s close to everything in Park Ridge and has very nice amenities. You can tell it’s a good, quiet complex. And since, the other staff including Brody, Cesar and David have been so attentive and awesome.”
