“Great spot to get any last minute outfits. Huge selection of clothing and footwear. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I've been shopping here for 20 years. They are one of the few remaining mom and pop variety spots around. Check it out I'm sure you will find something for everyone. Parking can be scarce.”

“I had a very good experience today at the Sephora within this Kohls store. The young woman working was very attentive, capable and pleasant. I watched her deal with a very annoying customer who tried to monopolize her time with ridiculous requests, and this young lady was extremely patient and professional. I just do not understand why customers do not see that other people are waiting behind them. There is no reason to ask for directions to another store in the age of Google maps!
I actually felt entertained watching this woman (customer) make demands of this very patient employee with multiple ridiculous requests. It’s astounding to me how people do not seem to realize they aren’t the only person on planet earth!
Again back to the employee- she was awesome and kind. I could not have had the same level of patience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her professionalism. She even thanked me for waiting and recognized how long I had to wait.
It’s not often you encounter employees like this. Thank you!”

Their products are good, they have great variety, and this outlet store is well stocked!
As you can see in the photos, they have plenty of items in every color and size on their shelves.

“Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. J Crew is fortunate to have them. They are good people and represent excellent customer service. I hope J Crew would recognize their contribution to the store’s reputation. Employees are exceptional at being attentive and very courteous. They were so accommodating. Good place to stock up on daily wear items like tops and shorts. Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up.
