“After reading recent reviews here I was hesitant to visit this location. I’m not sure if there was a staff or management change but the customer service was nothing like what I’ve read on other reviews.

The second I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I was then greeted another 5 times by different employees asking if I needed help in the 20-30 minutes I was there. Someone even offered to look in the back for something if I didn’t see my size which they did unprompted; I was just looking around and they offered to do so.

Overall I had a positive experience here and everyone I interacted with was nice!”

“I had a really great experience here due to an associate by the name of Emily M. She anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate excellence and frankly she personally deserves 5 stars & I will give them to her here ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ however, the reason why I gave the store 4 stars is because of the condescending rudeness of an associate there by the name of Mauricio‼ He was very rude to me, granted I beckoned for him to come and assist me because I didn’t know his name at the time. He wasn’t busy at all as there was no one in the store but, myself at the time. Maybe he was disappointed because I saw a really nice pair of boots that looked like snake skin, they were really sharp boots and frankly, I learned that they were female boots however, I have narrow feet and wanted to try them on because they were so sharp and although, I have NEVER BOUGHT FEMALE BOOTS OR CLOTHES FOR MYSELF (that’s not my personal style, not that it should be a problem to anyone else even if I WAS OR DID WEAR FEMALE SHOES OR BOOTS‼)! Anyway, he acted as if he was offended that I was considering buying them & made a sly comment about them being narrow boots & perhaps that’s why they wasn’t getting on my feet. Anyway, while I understood that they were narrow boots, I had on very thick tube socks‼ Mauricio was so rude and then walked away from me while we were in the middle of a possible sale‼ I literally started to leave the store because of him‼ Now that I know that Bloomingdale’s carry All Saints, I’m going to go there and see what they have. I only stayed and made a purchase because of Emily M. I was enjoying her as an associate and she apologized for his behavior and made no excuses for him‼
Thank you All Saints for employing such amazing associates that not only have a passion for the business and is knowledgeable but, also is friendly & approachable. Sometimes associates can make you feel like they’re doing you a favor by shopping with them as if they own the brand. Very disappointing experience with Mauricio‼
However, I highly recommend All Saints here because the pricing is really nice and the service with Emily M. & there was another really great associate there too that helped assist me, she had Lilac hair (I loved her style‼) I really appreciated her help and knowledge of the brand. I apologize that I don’t know her name to mention her here.”

“This store is located in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. The store is clean and very organized. The customer service here is very good. I was having a difficult time finding my size in a particular shirt, and someone came to help me search for it. The clothes are nice and they fit well. Some of there items can be pricey but they do have good sales.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this location, specifically thanks to Darius. After a very uncomfortable encounter at the Oakbrook location, the service here was a breath of fresh air. Darius was incredibly patient and professional. He helped me find the perfect blazer and walked me through several shirt options that fit my style perfectly for my trip this week for work in Las Vegas. He went above and beyond by checking in on us throughout the process and even followed up after our purchase to ensure we were satisfied. We ended up spending $700 here, and it was worth every penny for the level of respect and care we received. Ask for Darius if you want to be treated right!”

“Located conveniently on the second floor of the fashion outlets of Chicago check out the store for great deals on your favorite Vince products. Everyone who was working there today it was super nice and helpful and was able to get everything that I wanted. It’s also quite convenience that there is a T shop ran outside that has smoothies and also many other drinks.”

You can find anything you need here, also those items that you did not actually know that you need it, and those worth to purchase. You can literally save a lot of money here compared when you are going to shop in other stores around the place. This Calvin Klein got the perfect location, it is so easy to find, and it is so near to other well-known places around the city. You can also notice once you visit that their place is so huge compared to other stores, they always maintain their place so clean, nice, and bright. What a great place to shop. The staff here is also great, they are so friendly, helpful, and they all know how to treat and assist all of their customers. All of them are so accommodating and decent. Really love this place. Also can't wait to go back again soon, I really want to buy more of the items they have, and I can say that I am already a number one fan of their place. Calvin Klein is so amazing! “Calvin Klein is definitely one of the best popular brands. It is a good thing that I went to this mall with my family so I did not waste my chance to also visit this store. I just really like the quality and the simplicity but seems expensive of their clothes. I do not know if it is only but their clothes are just great and definitely one of the best. Prices are expensive yes, but it is definitely worth every penny. this location is pretty big and it is super clean and well-lit. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I personally think that their current designs and selections are lovely. I also like that their selection is not too colorful. I definitely love their fleece jacket collection that made me buy one. I wore it already and it is just so perfect for me. Their clothes are really one of the best considering its quality, design and all but definitely not the best option when it comes to their prices but if you are willing to spend much for your clothes then this store is really one of the best options I can suggest.”

“I had a wonderful experience with this Boss store! I called from out-of-state after learning this shop had the only size (of a coat I wanted to give as a gift) in the entire USA. Seriously, this coat was sold out everywhere. Alexander, one of the salesmen, not only quickly located the coat in the store and sent a video of it to me, but quickly sent a payment link with his manager's approval, and arranged to have it shipped out the same afternoon.

The transaction was fast, polite and efficient. Before I phoned, I saw many reviews on here that concerned me. Perhaps the current manager (a woman) and staff are new? My experience was nothing but excellent. Five stars.”
