“David and his team are the best. He's incredibly knowledgeable. I had some kind of pebble stuck in my A/C exhaust, so when I would turn on the A/C the passenger side foot well would flood. Another place wanted to seal 2 guys in there for hours to figure out if it was actually a problem. That sounded like a lot. I took the car to David, and he took compressed air and shot a quick second of it into the A/C exhaust, and then a stream of water started to come out. He sent me on my way with a bill of under $50, where the other place was going to charge me more than $1k. I'm never going anywhere else.”

“I highly recommend this auto shop. Victor and Tony are great! They take my car in right away when I need to come in at the last minute. They always offer a ride home so I do not have to pay for an Uber. They are good about calling with updates about the car. I had just got new tires 2 weeks ago and the tire pressure light came on again. I brought it back in and after replacing one of the battery sensors, they told me it was a gift as they felt bad for missing that during the previous visit. Great staff!”
“I recently brought my Lexus IS250 to North Pointe with a severe transmission shifting problem, fearing the worst. Adam diagnosed it as an electronic issue rather than the transmission, however, and fixed it by replacing the car's Electronic Control Module. The service was extremely professional, quick, and was the equal of any Lexus dealership at a more competitive price. Adam's knowledge and competence are exceptional, he is personable and straightforward, and I can say without hesitation this was the highest quality repair experience I've had.”

“I brought my sons 2019 Toyota Camry after a different shop did a bad job and cause damage to the transmission. I stay in Atlanta, GA and didn't know any shop in Chicago so we went online to look for one. We were so blessed to find Tramcar Transmission Shop. They responded immediately. “Our 2002 Explorer was having some transmission issues and a friend told us about Transomatic. They will actually let you know about your problem before just throwing parts at it.
Unfortunately the explorer needed a rebuild, but they didna great job and the price was very competitive. Nice to have a good trans shop not that far from us.”
“I brought my truck to Accurate Auto after dealing with a check engine light that no one else could figure out. The truck was showing multiple codes — P219B, P0300, and P0306 — and it turned out there was low compression across the entire right bank of the engine. My engine had actually been replaced with a new Jasper engine back in March, so this issue was a major concern.
Accurate Auto took the time to properly diagnose the problem and discovered that the engine itself had a defect. They reached out to Jasper on my behalf, handled the entire warranty process, and got approval for a replacement engine. Within about two weeks, they had a brand-new Jasper engine installed and had my truck back on the road.
Their communication, professionalism, and honesty throughout the entire process were outstanding. They solved a problem that several others couldn’t, and they stood behind their work. I truly appreciate how smoothly they handled everything, especially something this major.

“I am from Minnesota and drove my car to Carol Stream on January 1 to attend a funeral for my uncle. As I was close to my hotel, my low oil pressure light came on. When I got to the hotel, I checked the oil and there was a significant leak. My wife checked on line for car repair shops near the hotel, and the closest one was Kehoe auto repair. We checked reviews and they were all good. I showed up at the shop right when it opened at 8 am. I didn’t have an appointment, but Chris got my car in right away. It turns out that the mechanic who did an oil change before I left for Chicago, didn’t install the drain plug gasket correctly and it popped out causing the leak. Chris and his team fixed the problem and only charged $54.74, and they did it in plenty time for me to make it to the visitation and funeral! I cant thank them enough for helping me out! I would highly recommend them.”

“When I was looking for shops to work on my vehicle MPC came up highly rated and for good reason. I have poised a lot of questions to the team here and they have gone through leaps and bounds to answer my questions. They are also extremely interested in feedback and are very focused on ensuring you're happy with the work and the outcome of the build.
My goal with this build is to have a high-powered sleeper touring car as I road trip all over the US. They worked diligently with me to ensure that my dreams for this build came true. I am extremely happy with the performance of my car and looking forward to continuing to improve on this vehicle. I prefer an OEM+ look and feel to the driving experience and honestly I can't say enough how ecstatic I am to continue working on this vehicle with MPC as a partner. Their guidance and support has tremendous value and they are also some of the nicest experts I've met in the industry.
