“I don’t even know where to begin — this was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever gone through with my car, and Tramcar completely changed that for me.
From the moment I spoke with Carey (the owner), I knew I was in the right place. He has been in the business for decades, and you can feel that experience and honesty immediately. He took the time to explain things in a way that made sense and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
But I have to give a special thank you to Junior. He was absolutely incredible throughout this entire process. He was so detailed, patient, and transparent about everything. He walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and most importantly — made me feel completely at ease during a very stressful situation. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing things the right way.

“I purchased a vehicle from out of state and had Midwest Performance do a Pre-Purchase Inspection on my behalf since I didn't have the ability to see the car in person prior to buying it.
The shop provided a very thorough inspection with pictures of the exterior and interior including close ups of any damage they found. They even included brake pad/rotor life, tire tread, and fluid levels. The inspection gave me all the information I needed, providing peace of mind that I was making an informed decision with my purchase.

“Immaculate service always. I tasked Tomi and Josh with finding out the source of a stubborn rattle in the rear of my vehicle and it took some tries to get it resolved but they eventually completed the job flawlessly. They cut me an amazing deal on my control arm and brake replacement and replaced my rear struts at no extra charge since they were under warranty. I’ve been visiting San Jose Automotive for all car service related tasks for the last two years and I’m delighted to say they are all deserving for success to come there way as a local automotive shop. “I was in from out of town to visit a very sick friend. I suddenly had mysterious car problems.
They ultimately didn't handle the services I needed to get the problem fixed.
But they were very kind, helpful, and efficient. They clearly explained everything they did to the car and discovered about the problem.
They also wrote everything out so i could show the mechanic i had to transfer my car to for the engine work.
When I left they were very concerned about making sure i got to the other mechanic safely. They even asked me to call them when i got there so they would know I was ok.
I can't say enough kind things about the quality of service and the prices were reasonable.
Just a great place that really cares about the people as well as the cars!”
