“Off the beaten path if you’re not from Bago, but worth the 20 minute drive for the customer service. I took the screen insert from my storm door out to be repaired. Irv at the hardware desk took great care of me, from start to finish. Very friendly and above and beyond service. The cost was very reasonable. Good luck getting anything close to this at a Big Box Store, or anywhere in Rockford. I’ll refer anyone to Sullivans Ace in Winnebago.”

Both times I visited this store they walked me all the way to the item and even pulled it off shelf for me. What a great store and amazing customer service!”
