“Was a fun little shop but need to explore more as I was in a rush. Staff are very friendly! Medjool dates were very delicious. Also bought some Crunchie candy bars at a good price. I am always keeping an eye out for international candies at a good price. Def check it out!”
“Washington Aldi is a favorite stop for me. You can't beat the prices, quality, or customer service. There are certain products I only buy at Aldi, including mini chocolate chips, canned whipped topping, and boneless skinless chciken breasts. This will always be my go to store.”

“Easy recommended shopping spree, annoying and odd lack of discounted b grade produce which puts excessive waste and cost to both farmers and consumers, but overall an obvious option for the usual popular budget quality brands. The chocolate and beer is especially well crafted for these prices. Apples tend to be below average without local sources. Would like to see benefits for self checkout which is definitely saving them big while giving us more work without any perks, I suppose that's everyone however I like to think Aldi holds to some decent decency.”

“Global Market Makers such as Goldman Sachs, Citadel, Apollo Group, Bridgewater Capital, Point 180 and Carlyle Group would probably be highly satisfied at the tactics AND strategy in combination with Lloyd Blankfein's level of commodity analysis for the per unit pricing intertwined with the tasty flavors bursting from the infamous 'Hero's Gyro' over at THE City Market on 611 (off by 1 or 2 commandments) Southwestern (book club) ave (probably near Mt. Arafat or Sinai, or something...) - Mosheeeeeeeeee!”

I am not the guy that wants to set aside. A half an hour to walk through the mega complex that has five different types of toothpicks. This place is perfect, It's clean, The staff is friendly. They're prices are great.

“Very tidy place, they have a wide assortment of Mexican products. It is very close to butcher shop Román, but they are very different at the same time, here they do not put obstacles in the way of selling you corn tortillas, in butcher shop Román they take advantage and are opportunistic, every week they raise the price of the tortilla and deny the sale as well.”
“The Bartonville store is very clean and the staff is on the ball. The only thing I was disappointed in is that the self service kiosks only take cards and if you have to pay with cash, you have to go to the cashier.”
“The longest renovation in the history of store renovation is over and GFS is gorgeous. It was dead to me for a while bc there was stuff everywhere. I hated walking in the store. Not anymore. It is quite slick looking. Super impressive. The only downside is now I have to figure out where everything is bc I used to have it all memorized.”

“There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages... This place is way bigger than I thought when I first pulled up. The music was awesome and the employee working the afternoon shift was a complete gentleman! I definitely recommend this place. Plus the prices are great and you can get cold single shots!”

“As a walkable neighborhood option I'd give it 4 stars. The staff was friendly, they met the estimated order time Nothing was bad.It isn't a place that competes well on overall food quality (a brief trip up Wisconsin to Leonardos gets you a much better Pizza, for example). On food alone, I'd probably give 3 stars, but to have a place that offers decent, hot food, with some variety in walking distance bumps it up a star.”
“My hubby and I go here for the deli, everything is cut according to your wants and needs. They have a little bit of everything you could need. Everything is fresh! Resonably priced nothing outlandish! The staff speaks English and Spanish. So don't stress if you don't know Español, it isn't a biggie they can still help you. You have to try the ice cream shop across the street . The helados (ice cream) is kickin' my kids LOVE it.”

“Oh man do I love the Asian market! I stopped in to get some red curry base for lemongrass chicken I was making last night. Every time I stop in for just one item I walk out having purchased a dozen or more things! Great mix of traditional Asian ingredients and snacks, sweets, and beverages. If you've never been here definitely stop by with an open mind. You're bound to find something to love”
“Far more expensive than other stores. A box of Swiss miss 10 pk was $9.99. overall though they do have unique items-- many seasoned meats and deli items, homemade stuff for sell within the store, and those are worth it. Just not the normal day to day things. They have some flavors like chobani Boston cream flip that other stores do not carry so that might be useful. The people are friendly, there's a Starbucks in the store plus a hot counter.”
