O'Reilly Auto Parts provides helpful and kind service. When a customer's windshield wiper broke during crazy snow, a young man behind the counter picked the correct wiper blades based on the car model and year. He even went out in the cold weather to put them on the vehicle. Meanwhile, the lovely amazing women inside the store were a privilege to chat with. Their kind efforts ensured the customer would not have been lost. The staff at certain locations are good people, very helpful, and knowledgeable. One young lady with a wrench ring finger tattoo was particularly knowledgeable. The store also carries items competitors do not, like a specific serpentine belt. The business is recommended for auto parts needs.
My husband and I just came in to get our engine light checked and we had some of the best customer service from Will. He was such a friendly, polite and helpful person. Dude definitely needs a raise for his people skills and car knowledge
