The store is going out of business so everything is on sale! Tom was very friendly and helpful....a good retail experience overall so too bad they are almost gone!

Ordered a coat over the phone from the Peoria store. Emily was very knowledgeable and professional. She was patient and understanding with the questions I had. Wish the store was closer to home.

Eddie Bauer is great especially if you are a tall person. They are too expensive but good quality. I shop here all of the time.
