Grand View Drive in Peoria is a beautiful and scenic spot overlooking the Illinois River valley. It offers a great drive and an excellent place for walking, jogging, or a peaceful stroll. The two-mile route provides spectacular and splendid views of the river, the valley, and a lake, with many convenient parking spots and viewpoints with proper seating arrangements. The impressive old homes and architecture along some stretches are spectacular and splendid to look at. It is a perfect and pleasant place to relax, enjoy nature, have a picnic, or take a quick break. The drive is amazing and totally worth it.

The area is beautiful and gives a splendid scenic view of the Illinois River and the valley beyond. The leaves were just turning when we were there so it was even more majestic. Worth a quick drive to the bluffs. Great to stop and walk or picnic
