I had to purchase a new phone and had trouble connecting it after spending an hour or so on the phone with the AT&T prepaid customer service and didn’t get anywhere.
My new phone wasn’t working with the help “over the phone”.
I was completely frustrated and drove into the AT&T store located on BIg Hollow Road in Peoria, IL, and explained the situation to two salesman that were superior.
Caleb advised Daniel about my phone having issues and not working.
It wasnt more than 20 seconds that Daniel figured out the situation and got my phone functioning as fast as I walked in the store.
Caleb was so nice and friendly and took the time to transfer my data to my new phone and got it working.
They made an exhausting day, lasting two hours and even more, into a great ending.
I will never make a mistake and go to anyone else for help!!

“First: Associate Kai (I probably spelled it wrong my bad) but BIG respect, gratitude and good karma / blessings ? for this associate recently here, I had a different situation with my plan and a sudden death of my parent last year / Financials, etc and the things that can happen afterwards like switching services to me now and the person on the phone and in person next day, Kai, was such an amazing, kind person on a particularly awful day already and went way above and beyond and that kindness might've been no big deal for someone especially if theyve been there but can make HUGE things more possible for who they bless. This location has always been my go to Cricket store over the last several years with Cricket service not because it's closest but because the staff have always consistently been very helpful and patient and do their best job and also store Mgr Laurie (I probably spelled that wrong too, my fault) also over the phone and yesterday she even remembered my call... of course they both deserve a fancy vacation somewhere tropical or relaxing because they are great with customer care and just KINDNESS. ✌️ Thank y'all for being awesome.”

“I did an upgrade/trade in on two lines with phones and watches. I was disappointed that the watches we wanted were not in stock in the store, but they did only take a few days to come in. The phone my daughter wanted also had to be ordered.
I worked with Nick who was fantastic! He was very detailed and did everything he could to make me happy with continuing service with Verizon. We have been with you for over 30 years. Nick has a very professional but relatable personality which is what every store employee should have. If we upgrade our other lines we will be only using Nick as our agent. If it were not for his help and making sure everything was done properly I would’ve left unhappy that the devices were not in stock, but he defenitly made the wait a little better. Thanks Nick!

Unlike many others unfortunately the last time I came in Jake did not help me at all. He actually failed to report to Verizon that I turned in my daughter’s old phone, so therefore thanks to Ethan my bill is being credited over $600.
