Porting problems and everyone says they will call back in a certain amount of time and don’t. A call back with update should be a call back even if you can’t get it done it’s easy to just call and explain to a paying person what’s going on.

Rude staff. Some staff seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Some staff quick to anger and aggressive. Clearly those staff should not be in customer service. As far as I know, there is no manager to address a complaint of poor quality staff.
