I'm not an expert when it comes to cars, but they answered every question and heard me out with the issues my car was having. Everyone helped me and attended me. “Communication was great and willingness to make corrections was ever greater. John did an exceptional job keeping me informed and making sure I was satisfied with the service. I understand that unforeseen things happen and there may be oversites at times. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed a few small imperfections in the paint (due to previous rock chips not the painters' fault necessarily) as well as a plastic part missing that was there prior to drop-off. I notified John and he immediately offered for me to bring it back to have those things taken care of. This is a prime example as to how a business should be run. No one is perfect but John shows that it goes a long way just striving for it! Great experience would highly recommend this shop as long as John is overseeing things!”

I brought the car to Sam, he rebuilt the new motor, we removed the tune and the car has been running flawlessly. I highly recommend him he knows motors!”

“One of our company vehicles broke down 60 miles from our warehouse. I was tasked with finding a mechanic to fix it. Naturally, I started with a Google search. Another shop was closer geographically so I called them. No one answered. JTM was the next closest shop and had a stellar Google rating. Junior answered the phone, gave me a recommendation for a tow company, who also provided 5 star service, and promised to do his best to look at the van that day or the next. He communicated every step of the way, from the van arriving at his shop after hours, to an update on the repairs and requesting permission to take the next step, to the detailed explanation of what was wrong and how he fixed it. He was also very concerned about how our tech would pick up the van, making sure it was safe but still accessible. The rate was reasonable. Junior was polite, caring and concerned. We could not have asked for better service, especially given the situation.”

“Had an oil leak. M&M tech called with the diagnosis, a bad oil line to a turbocharger, and a price estimate. They needed a part for the job which took a day to obtain (Not uncommon with supply chains stretched thin). The repair was completed a day and a half later, consistent with the wait time for the part. I was shown the damaged part and estimate was correct. Car was returned clean. The leak was repaired with no further problems. Excellent experience. Will use them again.”
