“As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by staff and attended to very quickly. They took a look at my car and explained the repairs that it needed. I'm not an expert when it comes to cars, but they answered every question and heard me out with the issues my car was having. Everyone helped me and attended me. From the front desk to the owner of the shop, they were all friendly, caring, inviting, and amazing people to do business with. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!”

“Was able to secure an appointment window the same week for a possible water leak. A detailed inspection was completed in no time, and was informed of their findings. I was informed that the work needed would require a specialty service. I was provided with a reference. So thankful for their continued service and generosity.”

“Communication was great and willingness to make corrections was ever greater. John did an exceptional job keeping me informed and making sure I was satisfied with the service. I understand that unforeseen things happen and there may be oversites at times. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed a few small imperfections in the paint (due to previous rock chips not the painters' fault necessarily) as well as a plastic part missing that was there prior to drop-off. I notified John and he immediately offered for me to bring it back to have those things taken care of. This is a prime example as to how a business should be run. No one is perfect but John shows that it goes a long way just striving for it! Great experience would highly recommend this shop as long as John is overseeing things!”

They go above and beyound to only get you a good quality used car, and they stand by thier quality. Why would you shop anywhere else. Are they the biggest place, no. They are the right place! That is what matters.”

“I can’t recommend this mechanic shop enough. This is the place I trust the most with my car, and that peace of mind is everything. Ever since I started bringing my car here, I haven’t had a single issue — everything runs smoothly, and I always leave feeling confident in the work that was done. A big part of that is Mohammad, the technician who works on my car. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to make sure everything is done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic, this is the shop to go to. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.”

“Brach’s Auto Center will most certainly be my go-to vehicular repair shop from now on! Tom was extremely patient and understanding as I tried to articulate my auto issues with my limited automotive knowledge/vocabulary. Throughout the day I was kept abreast of what work my vehicle needed, what was priority versus what can be done later, what the cost(s) would be, and the general timeframe of completion. He took the time to explain things to me and did not make me feel like I was being gaslit or upsold on any services, parts or products. Providing trustworthy and honest customer service seems to be top priority! On top of all of this, their prices were very fair and affordable. My drive home was the quietest, smoothest, and most stable that it’s been in weeks! I will definitely recommend Brach’s Auto Center to my family and friends, the same way they were recommended to me!”

“This spot is your one stop shop. Tires for the low and quality mechanical work. Oscar is fair and honest. He's going to keep it real about what you need. Ladies this isn't one of those spot you go to and they take advantage of your ignorance. They will tell you exactly why you need and will give you a reasonable price. Go holler at Oscar he's going to get you right together. ?”

“Waited to make sure the engine was good before I wrote this review. I purchased my son a Hyundai Genesis coupe for my son with a bad tune that destroyed the original motor and then a new one I purchased. I brought the car to Sam, he rebuilt the new motor, we removed the tune and the car has been running flawlessly. I highly recommend him he knows motors!”

His automotive knowledge was immediately apparent, and he took the time to answer my questions clearly and professionally. What really stood out was Brad’s commitment to customer service. He was friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood the condition of my vehicle without any pressure or upselling. It’s rare to find someone who combines expert-level automotive knowledge with such exceptional people skills. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your vehicle, Brad is the person to see. He represents the gold standard for customer service and automotive expertise. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.”

“One of our company vehicles broke down 60 miles from our warehouse. I was tasked with finding a mechanic to fix it. Naturally, I started with a Google search. Another shop was closer geographically so I called them. No one answered. JTM was the next closest shop and had a stellar Google rating. Junior answered the phone, gave me a recommendation for a tow company, who also provided 5 star service, and promised to do his best to look at the van that day or the next. He communicated every step of the way, from the van arriving at his shop after hours, to an update on the repairs and requesting permission to take the next step, to the detailed explanation of what was wrong and how he fixed it. He was also very concerned about how our tech would pick up the van, making sure it was safe but still accessible. The rate was reasonable. Junior was polite, caring and concerned. We could not have asked for better service, especially given the situation.”

“Keep this guy as your emergency roadside contact! Antonio was excellent! He came out extremely fast and replaced our tire for us super quick for a fair price. “Had an oil leak. M&M tech called with the diagnosis, a bad oil line to a turbocharger, and a price estimate. They needed a part for the job which took a day to obtain (Not uncommon with supply chains stretched thin). The repair was completed a day and a half later, consistent with the wait time for the part. I was shown the damaged part and estimate was correct. Car was returned clean. The leak was repaired with no further problems. Excellent experience. Will use them again.”

I would highly recommend this shop for your tire and brake needs. I trust them. They made me feel welcome.”
