Whitmore Ace Hardware is an outstanding, old school, and down to earth local store. It stands out among big box stores as a favorite location with very kind, attentive, and friendly staff who are always very helpful but never pushy. Employees go above and beyond to answer questions and provide super helpful personal service. The store is clean with a great selection and a very good inventory, including hard-to-find screws and parts available individually. Their beautiful garden shop features great outdoor Fall plants and containers. Customers love the store for its convenient shopping experience and highly recommend it as the helpful hardware place in the neighborhood.

Love shopping here for all my hardware needs. They have very knowledgeable ladies working there who always go the extra mile to help me out. Mary Ann helped me find the right batteries for my car remote and saved me a trip to the dealer! She was very friendly and a joy to chat with during my visit.

This ACE is outstanding with service. Their garden shop is always so beautiful too. I love this store. Very old school and down to earth with friendliness.
