Takes 25 minutes to prepare the car before taking it. Never dealt with a slower branch when renting a car

Tyler and Bevel are seriously working SO hard, they are great listeners and customer service, calm in a hugh stress busy environment. Returned my Nissan Rogue that I rented and they are running around trying their absolute hardest!! I hope corporate sees this.
