“It was the best experience we have ever had at a jewelry store..the staff is outstanding.. Warm, friendly, and very professional..we had a hard time finding your store,however each time we called the staff did their best to help us..we all laughed and made it great experience..My sister needed to have her wedding ring resized so it doesn't come off her finger..Her husband put that ring on her finger 80 years ago..the staff said it might take a week..we said ok!! On that Friday I got a message the ring was ready..we were over the moon so was she..Thank you so much for the perfect job,and the staff..It's wonderful to know a business who has the best customer service, and then delivers.I asked for business cards so we could share with everyone..good service needs to be acknowledged..Thanks for everything you did to make this so wonderful..The ring, looks brand new!!Janet”

“We came in today and had no idea when they closed. We were super indecisive about what we wanted, and we made 2 picture frames. The cashier was very helpful and asked us if we needed any help multiple times, showed us all of our different options for wooden charms, and even helped us at the very end decide how to position them.
Now we had no idea, but we ended up staying until 15 minutes after they had closed. Not once did she mention that or rush us. She even asked us if we wanted them gift wrapped and showed us the ribbon options we had. Even after I realized that we had overstayed and apologized, she made no deal of it and continued to show me ribbon options.
It is hard to find customer service like this anymore. I truly hope Sara Boo Creek understands how lucky they are to have an employee like this.
