“I went to Home Depot today looking for some paint and the man at the paint station (I think his name was Jeff) was SO helpful!!! He realized I didn't really know what I was doing or what products I needed, and he took the time to explain the process, recommend certain paint techniques, helped me select which products to buy, and answered all my questions. I've never had such incredible service at a store like this before. He was so focused on helping his customers that I didn't get a chance to properly thank him before he was off to help someone else. Please give Jeff a raise because whatever you are paying him is not enough! :) Even the lady who checked me out was friendly and greeted me with a smile. 10/10 experience shopping at this store, I will definitely be back if I have any other home improvement needs!”
“Bruce from deliveries was extremely helpful in the lumber department. We had been to Me arcs the day before and their wood was crap. Upon arriving at the Home Depot kids were building and pounding next to Us and Bruce was nice enough to grab a ladder, ask what sizes we needed and got us on and out working efficiently with my husband to find the perfect lumber to build our deck. What a nice guy with a great eye for detail! Thanks Bruce!!”
“There is a greeter as you enter where you can find what you want by asking right when you enter. The selection is quite extensive with different price points. I will definitely return when I am in the market for a new product.”

“Ordered washer & dryer online. Installers said we need stacking kit, didn't install. Then we were given incorrect stacking kit to purchase. But Joan from this store to the rescue. She checked everything out for us, double checked with a manager & told us who to contact & what to do over the phone. Thank you Joan in appliances, you're the best!!”

“We were referred to Best Buy Interiors by our contractors for quartz countertops. Met with Rebekah at the Slab Office who was very helpful in assisting us in our selection. Before our kitchen remodel even began, we had a sewer back up and needed to replace all of the carpeting in our lower level. After shopping around for vinyl flooring, we decided to go back to the Best Buy Showroom. We were very fortunate to be he helped by Laura G. Can’t say enough about her customer service. She has a great design eye, is professional, helpful, & patient.She helped us select the perfect product for our project & was more than willing to work with our timetable. The installers were very good & worked late to complete our flooring in one day. Everyone called when they said they would & arrived on time. Really happy with the end result. Best Buy will also be installing our quartz countertops & kitchen backsplash tile. Hoping that will be another positive experience! Would recommend to family & friends. Ask for Laura G. “Ultimately, Menards has an edge on Home Depot and even Lowe’s to some extent when it comes to product availability and price for the consistent quality of products.The Fort Hill Dr. Naperville Menards has always been a quality establishment with good employees that are respectful and helpful. No retail establishment will ever be perfect nor can it be, but I still appreciate this Menards for my various home maintenance needs.Just recently located in the parking lot of this Menards (December, 2023) there was a Mexican food truck by the name of The Gorditas Tacos.They have the best Cabeza tacos out of all of Chicagoland that we have tried to date!My fiancé and I have been trying Mexican food throughout Chicagoland for years and out of all of Chicago and the suburbs, this food truck has made the very best Cabeza tacos!I cannot find them on Google, but have requested an addition of this food truck to Google Maps.”

“My mother and I enjoyed going to this Home Depot plant nursery for their variety of flowers.? The plants are watered and the pots are either full with buds or flowers.The staff here are very nice and friendly. They ask if we need any help looking for a particular succulent. Their shelves were stocked and the floors and aisles were clean.The Home Depot's nursery is a great botanical spot to find great deals and unique pieces to add for your home or garden. #LifeinFullBloom ?”
“Excellent service! My 82 year old mother ordered a washer and dryer, the install guys couldn’t get the old one out of the townhouse room it was in. So my mom had to call a plumber. She paid for both the install and the plumber but Mike and Laura helped her and even paid for part of the plumber. This is a great way to keep customers. Thanks Home Depot for renewing my faith in corporations.”
