There was some mis-communication issues at some times, but they did a great job resolving them with us in mind. They have been very responsive in coming back in to fix/re-adjust cabinets. “Customer service is absolute junk. We purchased three appliances for a kitchen and scheduled them for a Saturday delivery. Pulled out all of our other appliances and put them in our garage waiting for the delivery and they never showed up. Do not buy appliances here. They do not understand how to take care of customers. “If you have a plumbing problem ask for Jeff. Had a simple problem (loose shower handle) but had trouble replacing it because it was off-brand and I am new to the house. Jeff guessed a replacement handle that would work, and if it didn't work, explained the bigger project of replacing the whole shower assembly. If I needed to go back I would definitely ask for him again.”

“I bought 2 mattresses for a very good price. Very, very, good and low price. I was even able to give the sales person a good tip for being so helpful. He also stayed open past the closing time just for me to purchase my items. The mattresses were perfectly comfortable and still are a year later. The sales person was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and also very professional. People, if you want good items for a very low price, now that the economy is down bc of COVID, this is the place to go. I would recommend this to everyone. With the money I saved, I intend on purchasing a mattress for the in-laws of a friend. Or for my sister, who was the person that recommended Congo Outlet to me. I forgot the sales person name, but I will not forget his kindness and how easy he made the experience. Oooh, he also helped my wife place the items in the vehicle. Also I need a mattress topper , so I intend on going back again.”
