In 2 yrs I am so thrilled to report not 1 single lost package & in most cases the packages are delivered earlier than quoted. John gives First Class service & I have witnessed him be very patient & helpful with his staff. John’s store will always be my first choice of shipping packages as long as John is there. “I rarely leave reviews but as someone who ships hundreds of packages a month - the customer service and care placed by the manager of this location is unmatched. He is always so kind, helpful and professional. Today I realized after we got back home I had mislabeled a rather large and very important order - I called the store (15 mins after they had already closed) to my surprise he answered and worked with me to locate the package and hold it for me. He was happy to help and more polite and understanding after hours than any other shipping company I’ve dealt with. It is so refreshing to experience such kindness within the shipping service world.
